Information We Collect

This website collects information in two places: the quote request form on the contact page and the text updates page. The quote request form asks for your name, phone number, email address, project type, and a description of your project. The text updates page collects the details you enter there, including your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages.

There are no user accounts on this site, no login, and no password. We do not ask for or process payment details anywhere on this website.

How We Use Your Information

When you submit the form, its contents are sent to us as an email addressed to familypaintersllc@gmail.com, with your email address set as the reply address so we can respond to you directly.

We use what you send only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange work you ask us to do. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

The quote form has an optional text-message checkbox. It is unchecked by default, and leaving it unchecked has no effect on getting a quote from us. If you do tick it, we may text you about your project, to follow up, or to ask for a review. Up to 7 messages per project, and message and data rates may apply.

Those texts are sent through HighLevel (LeadConnector), which acts as our service provider for messaging. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. We never sell phone numbers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our texting is operated with the help of QuillTech LLC and HighLevel, which process your number and messages on our behalf. We keep records of your consent and any opt-out for at least four years to document compliance, even if you ask us to delete your other information.

Hosting and Server Logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare may record standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. That logging is part of Cloudflare’s infrastructure rather than something this site configures, and we do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Cookies and Analytics

Our own pages set no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on the site: it counts page views and basic performance figures without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without following you to other sites, and we see aggregate numbers only rather than anything identifying you.

If you tap one of the phone links, that tap may be counted as an anonymous event in the same aggregate figures. No name, number, or other personal detail is attached to it.

Apart from that, we run no advertising pixels. The sign-up form on our text updates page is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), which loads its own script on that page and may set its own cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site itself rather than from an outside provider.

If any of this changes, this section will be updated before the change goes live.

Third Parties

Resend delivers the quote form email to us. Your form submission passes through their service in order to reach our inbox.

Cloudflare hosts the site, as described above.

HighLevel (LeadConnector) delivers text messages, but only if you opt in, either on our text updates page or by ticking the optional consent box on the quote form.

The footer links to our Instagram profile. Following that link takes you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy and its own tracking. Nothing is shared with Instagram unless you choose to click through.

Data Retention

Quote request emails stay in our email account so we have a record of the work discussed. We keep quote request emails as long as needed to complete the job and to meet tax and record-keeping requirements, generally no more than seven years, and then delete them.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your information is kept only in our business email account and with the service providers named in this policy, and only the people who need it to answer your request or deliver our text messages can access it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

If you have a question about information you sent us through this site, or you would like us to correct or delete it, email familypaintersllc@gmail.com and we will respond.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
