These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover painting work itself: the terms of any job are agreed directly between you and Family Painters in the quote and any written agreement that follows.

What This Website Is

This is an informational website. It describes the painting services offered, shows photographs of completed work, and provides a way to request a quote. Everything on it is provided for general information.

Quote Requests

The contact page has one form, which sends your name, phone number, email address, project type, and message to us by email so we can reply.

Submitting that form is a request, not a booking, and it does not create a contract. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price. Scope, price, and schedule are set in the quote we provide and in any agreement you sign, not here.

Descriptions of how we work, including any satisfaction commitment mentioned on this site, are explained as part of that quote rather than granted by this website.

No Accounts and No Payments

This website has no user accounts, no login, and no password. It does not take payments, and no payment details are requested or processed anywhere on it.

Site Content and Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, layout, and logo on this site belong to Family Painters or are used with permission, except where stated otherwise. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse them commercially without written permission.

The project photographs show real work completed by Family Painters. They are examples, not a promise that any particular job will produce an identical result, since every surface and property differs.

The footer links to our Instagram profile. That site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its content.

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error free or online without interruption. Content may change without notice, and some details are still being finalised.
